At BabyLeya, we are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience, including fast and reliable delivery. Below are the detailed shipping and delivery options available.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout Europe. If you wish to order from a different region, feel free to contact us at babyleya.contact@gmail.com to see if an exception can be made.

2. Delivery Times

  • Europe: Delivery times are generally between 5 to 10 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.).

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders of 100 euros or more.
  • For orders under 100 euros, a shipping fee of 4.20 euros will apply.

These fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

5. What to do if your order is delayed?

If your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please first check the status of your order using the tracking link we sent. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us at babyleya.contact@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping information provided during checkout is correct. If you realize that there is an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at babyleya.contact@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can correct the address.

However, if the order has already been shipped, BabyLeya cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping details.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or if any products are missing from your order, please contact us immediately at babyleya.contact@gmail.com with photos of the package and the affected items. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
