Return Policy

At BabyLeya, we strive to provide high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under certain conditions. Please carefully read our return policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason or incurring penalties.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be sent back in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

Withdrawal Procedure:

  • Contact us at babyleya.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return (optional).
  • You will receive instructions on how to return your product.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned items, via the original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy (30 Days)

We accept returns for exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error or the product is defective.

Exchange Procedure:

  • Contact us at babyleya.contact@gmail.com to request an exchange.
  • After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will send the replacement item or issue a refund if the desired item is unavailable.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Children's underwear.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
  • Personalized items.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, we apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Procedure for Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • Contact us at babyleya.contact@gmail.com with photos of the defective item or incorrect order.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  • Once the returned item is received, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Once the returned items are inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
